Staff Cloud Engineer

CVS Health

• lead the evolution and maintenance of our high-availability cloud infrastructure • responsible for the entire lifecycle of our Azure ecosystem • using Terraform for provisioning • Ansible for configuration management and OS-level orchestration.

Job Requirements

  • 7 years of relevant work experience

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Adept at business intelligence
  • Preferred Qualifications: Azure Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
  • Experience setting up and managing Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Prometheus/Grafana stacks to proactively catch "Day 2" issues
  • Experience acting as a technical lead or "player-coach" who enjoys documenting processes to prevent single points of failure
  • Ability to explain complex infrastructure concepts to non-technical stakeholders or internal customers.
