Role Description During a defined period of time, the Temporary Worker will work side by side with the Team and internal/external clients in a team-based environment. The Senior Recruiter recruits, screens, evaluates and hires candidates for administrative positions throughout the firm. The Senior Recruiter will guide administrative candidates through all stages of the recruiting process including background checks, assessments, and interviews. This is a contract position for 12 months and is open for remote opportunity with the U.S. Duties and Responsibilities: - Responds to client inquiries and requests. - Reviews documentation and researches issues. - Performs other duties as assigned. People: - Create a positive team member experience. Client: - Works to establish strong relationships with hiring managers and understand needs. - Initiates first point of contact with qualified potential candidates to schedule/conduct interviews and provide information about the organization and position. - Arranges and administers interview schedules with internal clients, including scheduling meeting times and rooms. - Makes and negotiates offers with candidates. Value: - Full life-cycle recruiting: Actively sources, screens, evaluates and hires qualified applicants. - Makes recommendations for interviews based on initial assessment regarding the individual's qualifications. - Communicates effectively through written and verbal channels. - Creates and processes offer letters for approval. - Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Varied education and experience. Requirements - Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research. - Valid driver’s license required. Work Environment - Standard indoor working environment. - Occasional long periods of sitting while working at computer. - Occasional long periods of standing while copying. - Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lbs. - Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm in person and via e-mail and telephone. - Position requires regular interaction with clients and interface with external vendors in person and via e-mail and telephone. Compensation Disclosure - The Company makes offers based on many factors, including qualifications and experience. - The base salary range is $38.10 - 53.37/hr.
