Send Network Administrative Assistant

North American Mission Board

Role Description This position will support NAMB’s ministry objectives in sharing Christ, starting churches, and sending missionaries and volunteers by providing administrative support and assistance to the Send Network VP of Regions. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or two or more years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with grammar and professional business writing abilities. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to manage and track schedules effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Outlook preferred. Requirements - Provide high-level administrative support for the Send Network VP of Regions and field leaders. - Manage scheduling for the Send Network VP of Regions. - Organize and support meetings, trainings, and special events to include reserving space, preparation of materials, and coordination of logistics. - Complete budgeting and/or financial tasks including Workday expenses, reimbursements, and budget tracking. - Arrange travel and accommodations for director and non-employees upon request. - Conduct basic research to support the needs of Send Network VP of Regions. - Respond to basic requests for information and routine questions. - Perform other duties of a similar nature or level as requested by the Send Network VP of Regions. Benefits - Non-exempt, Part Time position. - This position involves physical requirements. - This position does not involve managerial responsibilities.
