Role Description Responsible for supporting automotive auction operations through accurate data entry, vehicle condition report administration, fee posting, and other operational administrative tasks. This position is primarily computer-based and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to process vehicle information accurately in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time role up to 30 hours per week. What You Will Do: - Enter vehicle information into condition report systems - Document vehicle damages, disclosures, and inspection findings accurately - Review condition reports for completeness and accuracy - Assist with fee posting and operational record management - Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems - Process vehicle-related administrative tasks within established timelines - Verify VINs, mileage, vehicle options, and related vehicle data - Assist operational staff with workflow tracking and reporting - Identify and escalate missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information - Support auction operations through administrative and computer-based tasks as assigned Qualifications - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to perform repetitive computer and data-entry tasks efficiently - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and computer systems - Automotive, dealership, or auction experience preferred - Knowledge of vehicle damage terminology and condition reporting preferred - Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel beneficial Benefits - Competitive pay ($16.90 - $23.00) - Continuous Learning - An amazing culture to top it all off!

Role Description The Senior Inside Sales Representative is a pivotal role that combines master-level negotiation with technical automotive expertise. Tasked with managing the full lifecycle of auction deals, you will use your extensive background in vehicle appraisals to provide accurate, real-time valuations that drive closings. This position requires a professional with exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to build long-term loyalty with a growing dealer network. You aren't just selling; you are consulting on value to ensure every deal is a win. With a sharp eye for market value and a proactive approach to outreach, this role is responsible for connecting the right buyers to the right vehicles every day — turning listed inventory into closed deals through timely engagement and trusted dealer relationships.
