• Responsible for a variety of office duties. • Sitting in reception, being the front line and first point of contact for visitors. • Providing administrative support services to site leads and Senior managers. • Managing office vendor relationships, negotiate, closing and support ongoing relationships. • Providing administrative assistant to managers, HR and Finance departments. • Planning and executing internal events including team specifics. • Supporting in-office customer and partner meetings, including logistics, planning and catering. • Maintaining a safe and secure working environment, acting as Safety Officer for the office.

Job Requirements

  • Have relevant experience managing a busy front reception including associated administrative tasks.
  • Have knowledge of clerical practices and procedures.
  • Have knowledge of business and management principles.
  • Have computer skills (Microsoft Office) and knowledge of other office software packages.
  • Have fluency in Arabic and English.
