Business Development Representative
Uprise Health
• Understand and execute Uprise Health’s go-to-market strategy and ideal customer profile (ICP) targeting approach • Identify, research, and prioritize prospective employer, broker, and consultant accounts aligned with company growth objectives • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other sales engagement platforms to generate qualified meetings and pipeline opportunities • Build and maintain relationships with benefit brokers, consultants, and strategic channel partners aligned to Uprise Health’s target market • Identify and engage key stakeholders, producers, and subject matter experts within broker organizations • Utilize intent data, website visitor intelligence, and market signals to prioritize outreach efforts and personalize messaging • Qualify prospects based on business need, fit, timing, and buying readiness before transitioning opportunities to sales leadership • Maintain accurate prospecting activity, pipeline notes, and CRM documentation within Salesforce and related systems • Meet or exceed established KPIs related to outbound activity, meetings held, and pipeline contribution • Partner closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, improve meeting quality, and prioritize strategic accounts • Collaborate with marketing to support campaign messaging, sales enablement initiatives, and conference/event follow-up efforts
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
- 2–4+ years of experience in B2B business development, sales development, or outbound prospecting
- Healthcare, benefits, HR tech, SaaS, or related industry experience preferred
- Proven success generating meetings and pipeline through outbound prospecting
- Experience selling into employers, brokers, consultants, or healthcare-related organizations preferred
- Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, or similar tools
