• The Business Development VP is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing bswift’s overall partnership strategy. • This role owns the vision, governance, and performance of integration and alliance partnerships that expand bswift’s capabilities, accelerate growth, and enhance client outcomes. • Working cross functionally with executive leadership, product, sales, technology, and operations teams—as well as senior leaders at partner organizations—this role ensures that partnerships are strategically aligned, commercially successful, and operationally scalable. • Act as the senior executive point of contact for strategic partners and select enterprise clients. • Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships with C-suite and executive-level stakeholders. • Own revenue outcomes tied to partnerships, including pipeline development, deal structure, and long-term growth targets.

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or strategic alliances.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex partnerships in benefits administration, HR technology, software, or insurance-related industries.
  • Experience defining and operationalizing an enterprise-wide partnership strategy, including governance models, partner segmentation, and success metrics.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling structured partner ecosystems (e.g., carriers, payroll providers, brokers, HR tech platforms), not just managing individual relationships.
  • Experience driving productized integrations or platform partnerships, including collaboration with product and engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of integration dependencies, limitations, and scaling challenges within SaaS or platform-based ecosystems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Role Description A Trans Ops Representative at TOC facilitates flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses) and resolves any potential issues that impacts customer experience and business continuity. Trans Ops Specialist at TOC works across two verticals – Inbound and Outbound operations. - Inbound Operations: Deals with Vendor/Carrier/FC relationship, ensuring that the freight is picked-up on time and is delivered at FC as per the given appointment. Addresses any potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery. - Outbound Operations: Deals with FC/Carrier/Carrier Hub relationship, ensuring that the truck leaves the FC in order to deliver customer orders as per promise.
