As a QA Tester you understand the latest developments in cloud and container technology. Customer-oriented, you will further develop the stability, reliability, and quality of our T-Cloud Public platform. WHAT WILL YOU DO? - Develop, execute and monitor automated tests. - Detect errors in interfaces and functionality. - Consistently automate using common automation frameworks. - Review and correct product documentation. - Solve complex problems in the day-to-day operation of a hyper-scaler's cloud backend. - Work in a team of specialists where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner. Qualifications - Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training. - 3-5 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologies. - Experience with test methods, test automation frameworks (Robot Framework, Pytest) and test libraries (Selenium). - Practical knowledge of Linux and Terraform. - Python programming knowledge. - Customer focus. - Knowledge of agile development processes. - Ability to assess technical solutions and find creative approaches to solutions. - OpenStack, AI usage in testing or programming experience in open source projects is a plus. - Fluency in written and spoken English. - You will be working in the European Union to meet our customers' data security and privacy requirements. • Implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solutions on GCP for data analytics and insights. • Support the deployment, maintenance, and scaling of ML and LLM-based solutions. • Develop and maintain reliable, secure, and high‑performance cloud infrastructure. • Automate deployment and management processes using scripting and basic IaC tools. • Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud services and data pipelines. • Collaborate with senior engineers on technical design and maintain clear technical documentation. • Work closely with cross‑functional teams and share cloud best practices with Strategy and Media teams.

• Maintain and develop deployments options for Filigran products and internal tooling (Helm chart, Ansible, Terraform…) • Ensure availability and reliability of Filigran SaaS product instances • Continue to create a culture of service delivery excellence • Participate in on-call rotation, incident management, and post-incident reviews
