• Build and maintain a strategic map of technology partners relevant to OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and XTM One based on customer demand, competitive gaps, and market trends. • Act as the primary liaison between Revenue/Solution Engineering and partner engineering teams to translate active deal requirements into connector specifications. • Package technical alliances into sellable value propositions: joint solution briefs, battlecards, and reference architectures for Sales and Solution Engineering. • Track and report on ecosystem health: number of active partners, connectors in development vs. shipped, cycle time, and pipeline impact.

• Full Stack Architecture: Build a clean, scalable application deployable both as SaaS and On-Premise, using TypeScript and Python. You will design complex visualization flows, advanced logging capacities and agent configuration. • Architectural Evolution: Refine the software architecture to handle the integrations with the AI team at Filigran. • Rapid Prototyping: Iterate fast to test concepts, being comfortable with refactoring or deleting code as the product vision evolves based on user feedback. • Community Management: Engage with the Open Source community (GitHub, Slack), answering user questions. • Team Structuring: Participate in the creation of development processes and team culture as one of the first hires in this new squad.

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Python to connect OpenAEV and OpenCTI with external platforms and services • Proficient in investigating and analyzing APIs to gain a comprehensive understanding of external systems. • Skilled at exploring third-party APIs and interpreting their functionality to integrate with remote systems effectively. • Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to gather requirements and define integration strategies • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of integration solutions through best coding practices and architecture decisions • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve integration issues to maintain seamless system interoperability • Write and maintain clear technical documentation for integration processes, APIs, and workflows • Review code and provide mentorship to other engineers to promote knowledge sharing and high-quality standards • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to enhance integration capabilities • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and integration frameworks

• Leverage AI tools and methodologies to boost productivity, monitoring, synthesis, and impact • Contribute to building AI capabilities into internal competitive intelligence workflows • Identify, collect, and evaluate relevant competitor information, including product capabilities, new features, positioning, business activity, and market signals • Maintain and optimize internal competitor knowledge bases, including competitor pages, capabilities matrices, and market insights repositories • Deliver regular competitive intelligence reports and syntheses for Product, Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams • Provide strategic recommendations based on competitive and market insights • Support Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams with deeper analyses tailored to their needs and audiences • Proactively present insights to key stakeholders and help anticipate market shifts that may impact Filigran’s strategy

• Own and manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, training, and renewal • Build strong, proactive relationships with customers in the Americas • Identify and support opportunities for upsell and cross-sell in partnership with Sales • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively • Collaborate with Customer Support Engineers to ensure seamless communication and delivery in response to support tickets • Collect and share customer feedback to improve product and service quality • Track success metrics and use data to inform customer strategy and engagement

• We're building a new product from scratch, and we're looking for an engineer to help lay the foundations. • OpenGRC turns live threat data into actionable insights for CISOs. • You'll work in a small squad to define the architecture and ship the product. • Correlation: linking real-time CTI feeds to a company's internal assets and security controls. • Verification: folding in real exposure results to tell proven defenses apart from assumed ones. • Quantification: calculating financial risk on the fly as the threat landscape shifts.

• Audit the current state of test coverage and CI pipelines across the OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC — identify critical gaps and define a prioritised roadmap to address them. • Define and implement a cross-product test strategy covering unit, integration, end-to-end, and contract testing — adapted to each layer of the stack (GraphQL API, TypeScript/React frontend, Node.js/Java backend, Python connectors). • Lead the consolidation and standardisation of CI/CD pipelines towards GitHub Actions, introducing quality gates (coverage thresholds, mutation testing, flakiness detection, static analysis) as first-class pipeline steps. • Build shared test tooling, templates, and libraries that product teams can adopt with minimal friction — reducing the cost of writing good tests. • Introduce and maintain performance and load testing practices where none currently exist, establishing baselines and regression detection for critical system paths. • Define and enforce standards for test reliability and pipeline speed — flaky tests and slow pipelines are engineering debt you'll actively reduce. • Work closely with product engineering teams to embed quality practices in their day-to-day workflows, providing guidance, code reviews, and hands-on pairing where needed. • Stay current with the testing, CI/CD, and AI-assisted engineering landscape — evaluating new tools, LLM-based test generation approaches, and agentic testing frameworks, and bringing well-reasoned proposals to the team.
