• Daily accounting operations: recording accounting transactions (purchases, sales, bank transactions, etc.) and supporting accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes. • Account reconciliation: ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts and accounting entries. • Month-end and year-end closings: assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings; preparing required documentation for balance sheets and income statements. • VAT and tax filing: preparing and submitting tax returns (VAT, income tax, etc.) within statutory deadlines. • Audit preparation: supporting internal and external financial audits by providing required documentation and explanations. • Process optimization: proposing and implementing continuous improvements to accounting processes and tools to ensure efficiency and compliance.

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle across NA and APJ: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, time-off and leaves, internal mobility. • Ensure accurate and timely data management across all People tools and systems. • Collect and submit payroll inputs to the Senior Payroll Manager ahead of each payroll cycle. • Own state registration processes when hiring in a new US state, coordinating with Finance and Legal as needed. • Own and continuously improve regional documentation, processes, and internal comms on people policies and FAQs. • Serve as the primary regional point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, benefits and payroll. • Partner with Legal and vendors on labor regulation matters across all jurisdictions. • Support the establishment of entities in new countries, including transitioning employees from EOR arrangements to direct employment. • Act as the first point of contact for managers across NA and APJ on people-related topics. • Guide managers through routine situations such as contract changes, performance topics, exits, leaves and employee changes. • Help managers apply policies and processes correctly and consistently. • Identify and escalate trends in feedback, engagement, or experience that need broader attention or cross-functional alignment. • Contribute to global People Operations initiatives and process improvements in collaboration with the wider People Ops team. • Support drafting and maintaining global People Operations processes, guidelines and internal documentation. • Provide coverage support to the People Ops Partner, EMEA when needed. • Support people systems rollouts and process automation initiatives. • Support ad hoc projects and related tasks as needed.

• Design, build, and operate production‑grade Kubernetes clusters on bare metal and cloud • Industrialize, automate, improve observability & monitoring • Continue to create a culture of service delivery excellence • Participate in on‑call rotation, incident management, and post‑incident reviews • Design and drive projects around DevSecOps practices in the company

• Maintain and develop deployments options for Filigran products and internal tooling (Helm chart, Ansible, Terraform…) • Ensure availability and reliability of Filigran SaaS product instances • Continue to create a culture of service delivery excellence • Participate in on-call rotation, incident management, and post-incident reviews

• Own and exceed regional partner-sourced and partner-attached pipeline and revenue targets. • Recruit, enable, and animate high-potential VARs, distributors, and MSSPs aligned to the North America plan. • Develop and execute joint business plans with key partners covering sales goals, account mapping/co-selling, enablement/training, and demand generation with Marketing. • Plan and run regional partner demand-generation (campaigns, webinars, field events) with Marketing. • Define, track, and report KPIs. • Champion a partner-first motion with Sales: deal strategy/structuring, executive alignment, disciplined deal registration, and forecast accuracy. • Ensure pipeline hygiene and accurate channel forecasting; maintain CRM/PRM data quality (partner profiles, contacts, opportunities, activities). • Review and suggest enhancements to our channel and MSSP programs and enablement content; Create new partner supporting and enablement collateral. • Provide market and competitive insights to Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership.

• Own and manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, training, and renewal • Build strong, proactive relationships with customers across Southeast Asia • Identify and support opportunities for upsell and cross-sell in partnership with Sales • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively • Collaborate with Customer Support Engineers to ensure seamless communication and delivery • Collect and share customer feedback to improve product and service quality • Track success metrics and use data to inform customer strategy and engagement

• Contribute actively to the OpenCTI codebase, with strong ownership of new features and continuous improvements. • Identify, investigate, and resolve bugs. • Participate in technical brainstorming and task refinement, challenging both new proposals and existing implementations. • Take part in the on-call rotation and act proactively during incidents to drive resolution. • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their technical growth. • Address technical debt and legacy pain points. • Lead or facilitate technical workgroups to explore and align on engineering topics. • Review pull requests from internal teams and the open-source community • Contribute to documentation and the shared knowledge base.

• Act as a technical relay - not a solo contributor, but a facilitator and enabler. • Contribute directly to key parts of the codebase, major features or critical bug fixing. • Supervise, challenge, and animate technical topics in your own team and across teams. • Promote best practices and ensure high standards of code quality and performance. • Facilitate transversal initiatives (technical pains, dependencies management, security issues, etc.). • Support and coach engineers through pair programming, reviews, and regular feedback. • Collaborate with Engineering Managers and Product Owners on sizing tasks and planning the roadmap.
