Role Description TADERA is seeking a confident, highly motivated, and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and plays a critical part in building pipeline and driving new revenue growth across our target market of U.S. hub airports. In this role, you will be responsible for: - Qualifying inbound leads - Sourcing outbound opportunities - Re-engaging existing prospects already in our database - Converting engagements into qualified meetings and new sales opportunities for the Account Executive team The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience — ideally in software or technology — with a proven track record of exceeding targets and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience selling into government or public-sector entities is a significant asset. This is a fully remote position. Candidate may be asked to travel within North America (USA/Canada). Qualifications - 1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales, business development, or inside sales role — software or SaaS experience preferred. - Demonstrated success selling to government entities, public authorities, or regulated industries. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills — both written and verbal. - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage your own schedule and work independently. - Strong research, prospecting, and lead generation skills. - Proficiency with CRM software; hands-on experience with HubSpot is a strong asset. - Comfort with outbound sales tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email sequencing platforms. - A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Eligibility to travel freely between Canada and the United States is required. Requirements - Research and identify prospective airport clients across North America with a focus on U.S. Small, Medium and Large hub airports. - Run outbound outreach via email, phone and LinkedIn to introduce TADERA's solutions and qualify interest. - Follow up on inbound leads and re-engage existing prospects in the database to move them toward a meeting. - Secure introductory meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to the Account Executive team. - Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM. - Collaborate with Account Executives and the VP of Sales & Marketing on outreach messaging and targeting strategies. - Represent TADERA professionally at select industry events such as ACI-NA, AAAE, and PTE World. - Share feedback from prospect conversations to help sharpen messaging and product positioning. Senior Director, Global Media Performance – B2B

• Lead Activation Strategy & Media Investment • Oversee cross-channel activation across paid search, paid social, programmatic, DOOH and B2B media platforms. • Ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard across planning, buying, optimization, and measurement. • Lead activation strategy for five core accounts while providing oversight across ~15 additional accounts. • Support investment strategy and negotiation with media platforms, publishers, and technology partners. • Build Best-in-Class Activation Operations • Establish and refine activation workflows, best practices, and operational frameworks. • Improve processes related to campaign stewardship, reporting, optimization cycles, and billing alignment. • Ensure the activation team operates efficiently while maintaining high-quality delivery. • Partner Across Global Teams • Work closely with a European activation lead to ensure consistent standards and collaboration across markets. • Align on global activation frameworks, delivery models, and operational processes. • Lead & Develop the Activation Team • Manage and mentor a distributed team of activation specialists across the US and Europe. • Oversee the work of supervisors, buyers, and activation specialists across the portfolio. • Support career development through coaching, training, and structured performance development plans. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning. • Drive Innovation & Business Growth • Present activation strategies, insights, and opportunities to internal teams and clients. • Contribute to new business pitches and activation strategy development. • Maintain strong relationships with key platform partners to identify new opportunities and innovations.
