• Du baust nachhaltige wissenschaftliche Beziehungen zu Key Opinion Leaders, Diabetolog:innen, Diabeteszentren und Fachgesellschaften auf und pflegst diese auf Augenhöhe. • Du führst den wissenschaftlichen Peer-to-Peer-Dialog zu Insulinpumpentherapie, AID-Systemen und der klinischen Evidenz rund um Kaleido. • Du identifizierst, bewertest und begleitest Investigator-Initiated Studies (IIS) sowie Real-World-Evidence-Projekte. • Du übersetzt komplexe klinische Daten in verständliche, zielgruppengerechte Inhalte für interne und externe Stakeholder. • Du schulst und befähigst interne Teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support) zu medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Inhalten rund um Kaleido und die Diabetestherapie. • Du lieferst strukturiertes Insight-Feedback aus dem Markt an Medical Affairs, R&D und das internationale HQ und trägst so aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Lösungen bei. • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Country Director Germany, dem Commercial Team und Medical Affairs HQ zusammen – unter strikter Wahrung der medizinisch-wissenschaftlichen Unabhängigkeit. • Du konzipierst und hältst wissenschaftliche Fachvorträge bei Kongressen, Symposien und Fortbildungsveranstaltungen und leitest Advisory Boards mit relevanten KOLs der Diabetes-Community.
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder medizinisches Studium (Medizin, Pharmazie, Biologie, Ernährungswissenschaften, Biochemie o. ä.), Promotion von Vorteil.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Medical Science Liaison oder in einer vergleichbaren Medical-Affairs-Rolle, idealerweise im Bereich Diabetologie, Endokrinologie oder Medizintechnik.
- Fundiertes Verständnis moderner Diabetestherapie: Insulinpumpentherapie (CSII), CGM, AID-Systeme sowie aktuelle Leitlinien und Studienlage.
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Pflege von KOL-Netzwerken sowie in der Begleitung wissenschaftlicher Projekte (IIS, RWE, Publikationen, Advisory Boards).
- Sichere Kenntnis der relevanten regulatorischen und Compliance-Anforderungen (FSA-Kodex Medizinprodukte, MDR, HWG, ggf. Pharmakodex).
- Ausgeprägte wissenschaftliche Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten – auf Peer-Level mit Fachärzt:innen und Forscher:innen.
- Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands und gelegentlich international.
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch (Lesen, Diskussion und Präsentation wissenschaftlicher Publikationen).
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools, CRM- und Medical-Information-Systemen.
