• Lead the Digital Automation Controls operations team across manufacturing, assembly, project management, and field service to deliver consistent, end‑to‑end service performance. • Partner with the DAC COE engineering team to shape and execute the services growth strategy while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. • Build and maintain strong long‑term customer relationships, ensuring service excellence, consistent delivery standards, and improved satisfaction (including NPS). • Own performance management and organizational leadership, including P&L targets, productivity, investment planning, sales alignment, and development of a high‑performing team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, STEM, Business, or similar
- 10+ years of experience in senior-level operations role in electrical engineering, safety, or electrical distribution environment
- 10+ years of experience managing or supervising operations team
- Qualified in managing P&L for multiple lines of business
- Ability to travel as needed, including frequent travel to Sacramento, CA.
