Partner Marketing Manager
Pioneer
• Own Strategic Partner Relationships • Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for BNB Chain's top ecosystem partners — DeFi protocols, RWA platforms, wallets, and institutional integrations • Build trusted, long-term relationships with partner marketing and growth teams, aligning on shared objectives and joint KPIs • Deeply understand partner products and audiences to craft narratives that resonate across the BNB Chain ecosystem and beyond • Design and execute co-marketing programs across social, events, newsletters, AMAs, and thought leadership — proactively bringing campaign ideas to the table, not just responding to inbound requests • Translate technical integrations and product launches into clear, differentiated value propositions for developers, traders, builders, and mainstream users • Coordinate across internal teams (BD, content, social media, events, design, PR) and external partner stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and on message • Produce partner case studies, co-authored op-eds, launch announcements, and educational materials that establish BNB Chain as the home of builders • Write and edit copy across formats — social threads, long-form posts, press releases, one-pagers — with precision and voice • Develop sales enablement and co-marketing assets that empower partners to represent BNB Chain credibly in their own channels • Define success metrics for every partner campaign and track performance rigorously • Surface data-driven insights on ecosystem activity to identify the most compelling partner stories and highest-impact opportunities • Report on partner marketing impact with clarity to internal stakeholders and leadership
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, growth marketing, and experience with blockchain/web3 and/or financial services
- Deep understanding of blockchain, web3, DeFi, financial services, and growth marketing
- Experience planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and growth marketing tactics
- Experience working cross-functionally to drive GTM execution with internal and external teams
- Can manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and establish structure and processes that scale
- Deep understanding of the BNB Chain ecosystem and its key projects.
- Experience with RWA, DeFi, and institutional blockchain integrations
- Multilingual abilities or experience working in global markets is a plus.

• Equip partners to pitch and support Loop with confidence. Build and maintain partner-facing content that fits into their systems (AI prompts and otherwise), including: slides, case studies, one-pagers, battle cards, demo narratives, and tech integration enablement (internal and external). • Develop Claude skills and templates that scale how Partner Managers and partners create assets, respond to merchant questions, and stay current on Loop's product. • Keep Loop top of mind through consistent, thoughtful touchpoints at scale: newsletters, product updates, and partner-facing communications that help maximize Loop’s value for their clients, drive referrals, and partner engagement. • Translate Loop's product roadmap and launches into partner-ready education.
