Role Description Responsible for leading the design and development of high quality, user-friendly analytic visualizations/dashboards, reports, and related analytic content for business partners in Payment Integrity, Special Investigations Unit, and our enterprise partners. - Work with the analytics team to deliver key strategic insights that help drive down medical expense across the company. - This role requires the ability to become a key consultative partner to business, clinical, and technical staff across the organization. - Collaborate and consult with business areas (PI, SIU, BH, Claims, Legal, Medical Economics, Enterprise Strategy) to ensure analytics work delivers high ROI value to the organization. - Collaborate with other analysts to build user-friendly data assets. - Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to junior team members by guiding them on development best practices. - Design and architect high performance data visualization solutions for large-scope projects to enable delivery analytic value and ensure they are maintainable and scalable as business needs dictate. - Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving sessions to arrive at optimal solutions accounting for stakeholder needs to ensure successful project delivery. - Provide team status in various projects, escalate issues as needed, access and communicate risks to the development schedule and project to represent the Viz Team's interests in cross-functional project teams and ensure project success.
