Role Description As a Business Development Representative at AeroSafe Global, you are the primary engine for high-quality pipeline growth. You will not simply "check in" with prospects; you will use the Challenger methodology to teach pharmaceutical prospects about hidden risks in their cold chain and lead them toward our solutions. Duties & Responsibilities: - Insight-Based Prospecting: Utilize research to identify "challenger" hooks—finding specific pain points in a prospect’s current cold chain (e.g., sustainability gaps or hidden spoilage costs) to lead to our solution, not with it. - Teaching at Scale: Craft personalized outbound sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) that provide immediate value and "Commercial Insight," reframing how stakeholders view their logistics risks. - Tailoring the Message: Research and map complex pharma organizations to identify key stakeholders (Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement) and tailor outreach to their specific economic drivers. - Taking Control of the Hook: Confidently navigate gatekeepers and initial objections by asserting expertise and maintaining momentum to book "discovery" meetings for the VP. - CRM Hygiene: Maintain meticulous records in HubSpot, ensuring all data regarding stakeholder sentiment and "status quo" hurdles are captured for the sales team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a Life Science field. - 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably within SaaS, Pharma, or Logistics. - The Challenger Mindset: You are naturally curious, assertive, and comfortable "pushing back" on a prospect’s logic to provide a better alternative. - Communication Mastery: Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill complex cold-chain logistics into a "scroll-stopping" insight. - Resilience: A high-energy "hunter" mentality with the discipline to maintain high activity volume while keeping quality/personalization high. - Tech Stack: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and outreach automation tools. - Willingness to travel as required. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines. - Working knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office and CRM software are a plus. Requirements - Approximately 15% as needed to travel to trade shows or customer locations. Physical Requirements - While performing the duties of this job, candidate will be required to sit and walk around; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls (some repetitive motion); and talk or hear. - Occasionally will be required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch and lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. - Specific vision abilities required by this job include some close vision. - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Equal Employment Opportunity Policy AeroSafe Global provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
