• Serve as a financial business partner to key service line leaders providing continuous support related to forecasting, budget analysis, operational KPIs, and ROI on initiatives. • Partner with rest of finance organization to drive reporting efficiencies and effectiveness. • Ultimate goal is to streamline reporting to enable strategic insights that lead to business actions. • Develop executive level presentation materials surrounding operations, revenue metrics, client analysis and associated financial impacts, as well as long-term strategic plans. • Support financial modeling and ad hoc analysis requests to help drive business strategy and improve efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and handling large data sets using Excel.
- Ability to understand complex business drivers, produce high-quality analytics, and communicate results with accompanying actionable insights effectively.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems, as well as data visualization / report management tools.
- Knowledge of Vena a plus, but not required.
- Passion for data and the insights they unlock.
- Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
- High level of curiosity and desire to learn new skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to work collaboratively.
- Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to data.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of financial and/or operational analysis experience, ideally in the healthcare industry and/or high-growth PE backed company.
