• You will support and help establish our commercial processes in the areas of procurement, fleet management and contract management • You will coordinate our indirect procurement — from requesting quotes and placing orders to liaising with suppliers and internal teams • Organizational management of our fleet, e.g., handling vehicle orders, scheduling and deadline coordination, and working with leasing partners • You will assist with contract management and ensure a structured overview of relevant documents and processes

• Support our national accounting team in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German GAAP) and IFRS • Work closely with our national teams and assist with accounting-related inquiries • Contribute to the further development of our finance processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and automation • Prepare and analyze financial data and support the production of meaningful financial reports for internal and external stakeholders • Support internal and external audits, including preparation of relevant documentation and assistance in communications with auditors • Gain exposure to topics such as group consolidation and intercompany reconciliations and continuously develop your technical expertise

• Design and implement modern AI architectures • Deploy machine learning models reliably into real-world applications • Create high-performance development environments and integrate AI workloads into existing system landscapes • Work closely with our Data Scientists and engineering teams • Understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions • Ensure our systems run with high performance, stability, and efficiency • Continuously evolve and improve them • Take responsibility for code quality and help advance our AI platform

• Build and further develop standard reports in our BI system • Create reports and perform ad-hoc analyses • Respond to data-driven inquiries • Participate in data modeling, integration and aggregation • Work on special analyses to ensure data quality

• Responsible for the financial steering and support of subsidiaries • Ensure achievement of financial targets and reporting standards • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial analyses • Create detailed budgets and forecasts • Monitor budget implementation • Prepare monthly management reports to provide transparent financial performance

• Design, development and administration of the data warehouse architecture • Data management and integration of relevant interfaces • Modeling, integration and aggregation of large datasets to enable robust analyses and meaningful reporting • Design and implementation of ETL jobs and corresponding monitoring • Support in the development and delivery of regular reports on operational KPIs

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code) and IFRS • Support teams in our group entities with accounting matters, including the implementation and application of IFRS and ensuring compliance with policies • Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial data capture • Actively contribute to the preparation of financial reports by collecting and aggregating financial data • Support entities during internal and external audits by preparing documentation, communicating with auditors and implementing audit recommendations

• Advise the coeo Group business units on legal matters • Review, draft, and negotiate national and international contractual agreements • Develop, update, and optimize legal documentation and internal policies • Support projects related to the internationalization of the coeo Group • Assist with litigation proceedings and handle complaints • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Integrate business unit requirements into the IKAROS software • Model workflows using a graphical editor • Develop automated processes • Integrate content into email and document templates using JavaScript • Test new features and analyze bugs • Optimize existing processes

• Responsibility for international AI and digitalization projects • Development of precise technical concepts based on client needs • Support the implementation from initial idea through to go-live • Ensure budget, schedule, and quality targets are met • Actively contribute to the further development of AI products • Early identification of challenges and close collaboration with teams • Optimization of structures and processes • Actively contribute ideas and shape the AI product strategy
