Role Description Du steuerst den gesamten Vertriebsprozess: vom Erstkontakt (Warmakquise) über die tiefgehende, individuelle Beratung bis hin zum Verkaufsabschluss. - Du bleibst über die gesamte Beratungszeit hinweg mit unseren Partnerakustiker:innen im Austausch und gewährleistest damit den Hörerfolg unserer Kund:innen als Teil des beidseitigen Beratungsansatzes. - Für deinen persönlichen Erfolg behältst du den Überblick über deine KPIs und setzt deine ambitionierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise gekonnt ein. - Deine Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen hilft dir dabei, deine Aufgaben effizient zu koordinieren und so die bestmögliche Beratung für deine Kund:innen zu garantieren. Qualifications - Du hast Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Kundenberatung, bestenfalls mit erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten oder Dienstleistungen. - Du bist ein passioniertes Verkaufstalent und behältst die Bedürfnisse deiner Kund:innen immer im Blick. - Du gibst bei einem ersten "Nein" nicht auf, weil du die Herausforderung genießt und deine eigenen Ziele übertreffen möchtest. - Dich spornt die Arbeit im Team an, du hast Spaß daran dich und andere zu motivieren. - Du fühlst dich in einem dynamischen, schnellwachsenden Umfeld wohl. - Du hast Lust durch deine Arbeit die Akustikbranche durch Digitalisierung nachhaltig zu verändern.
