Junior Consultant in Qualitative Analysis for the Women in Learning Leadership Research Project

Role Description Le Bureau pour l’Afrique de l’Institut international de planification de l’éducation de l’UNESCO (IIPE-UNESCO) est situé à Dakar, Sénégal. L’IIPE-UNESCO est un institut spécialisé de l’UNESCO dont le mandat est de renforcer la capacité des États membres de l’UNESCO à planifier et gérer leurs systèmes éducatifs. Dans le cadre du projet WiLL-AGREE, une phase de recherche appliquée est actuellement en cours au Bénin et à Madagascar. Cette phase repose sur une approche mixte combinant : - une enquête quantitative à grande échelle, - et une enquête qualitative approfondie sur un sous-échantillon d’écoles. Le/la consultant(e) junior en analyse qualitative contribuera au traitement, à l’analyse et à la valorisation des données qualitatives collectées au Bénin et à Madagascar. Qualifications - Diplôme universitaire avancé (Master ou équivalent) en études de genre, sociologie, éducation, sciences sociales ou domaines connexes. - Au moins deux années d’expérience (incluant stage) en recherche qualitative ou mixte. - Expérience avérée en codage et analyse de données qualitatives. - Maîtrise des méthodes qualitatives (entretiens, analyse thématique). - Capacité à travailler sur des bases de données qualitatives importantes. - Rigueur analytique et attention au détail. - Capacité à travailler en équipe à distance. - Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles. - Excellente maîtrise (écrite et orale) du français. Requirements - Réaliser le codage des données qualitatives (entretiens, focus groups) à l’aide d’un logiciel dédié (NVivo, Dedoose ou équivalent). - Contribuer à l’analyse thématique des données. - Participer à la rédaction des sections qualitatives des rapports. - Contribuer à la finalisation de la grille de codage (codebook). - Vérifier la qualité des données qualitatives (transcriptions, anonymisation). - Organiser et structurer les bases de données qualitatives.
