Associate Solution Delivery Consultant

Resource Innovations

• Manage contractors and direct installation energy efficiency projects. • Coordinate day-to-day aspects of projects including quality control of deliverables client communications, maintain project schedules, and utilize technical staff. • Promptly and accurately address customer concerns to assure problem resolution and promote long-term productive relationships. • Understand the organization and decision-making process in order to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule and potential energy savings. • Manage on-time delivery of technical reports. • Commute to off-site locations for on-site inspections. • Analyze utility data to determine energy performance parameters and eligibility. • Review technical reports, cost estimates and energy saving calculations. • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • BA or BS degree is required, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management or a related field
  • BPI, PMP, or CEM certifications are a nice to have
  • 1-3 years of project coordination experience (internships included) or similar within the energy efficiency industry
  • Working knowledge and field knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
  • Experience in financial analysis of various energy projects
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully coordinate multiple projects and work with technical staff
  • Ability to work in a cross functional team environment with extensive contact with clients and engineers
  • Ability to work autonomously and independent with little oversight
  • Excellent written/oral communication skills with the ability to present and analyze energy efficiency data to a multi-layered audience
  • Proficient in MS office suite
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task while consistently meeting deadlines with accuracy and within budget
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.

Role Description This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This position is responsible for reviewing and approving enterprise evaluations for leveraged loans, advising business units on the development of valuation procedures that comply with enterprise valuation policies and procedures. Assesses and interprets available data, utilizing various financial models. Serves as subject matter expert regarding valuation oversight. Mentors less experienced staff. Assists in change management to update processes and improve efficiency. The Federation of American Scientists is seeking an experienced, part-time Senior Advisor, Wildfire to join theLands and Waters Program on our growingClimate and Environment team for a 6-month contract. The Senior Advisor will provide support and expertise to grow FAS’s work building wildfire resilience at the state and regional level through policy innovation and creative collaborations. Ourwildfire resilience program works to build a more fire-resilient nation through policy development and analysis (especially in partnership with experts and communities), capacity building, and issue education. The Senior Advisor will report to the Senior Manager, Lands and Waters.
