Contracts & Program Manager

Private Label Staff

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage contracts including NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontract agreements, vendor agreements, reseller agreements, SOWs, task orders, and managed services agreements. • Support Federal contracting activities involving GWACs, IDIQs, GSA Schedules, NASA SEWP, NITAAC, CIO-SP, and related procurement vehicles. • Maintain contract repositories, reporting requirements, renewals, modifications, and compliance documentation. • Partner with sales, finance, operations, and leadership teams to evaluate risk, ensure compliance, and support pursuit activities. • Provide guidance on contract terms, customer commitments, flow-down clauses, and delivery obligations while supporting business growth and operational success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 5+ years of experience in Federal contract management, contracts administration, or related experience.
  • Strong experience with Federal contract vehicles, contract negotiations, and commercial agreements.
  • Experience supporting technology resellers, systems integrators, managed services providers, or IT services organizations preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to obtain a security clearance may be required.
