Planner 5D
• Own daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records • Process and control primary financial documentation, invoices, payments, and internal finance documents • Manage payroll accounting processes, including timesheets, payroll reports, tax and social declarations • Prepare and submit tax declarations and statutory reports • Support month-end, interim, and annual closing processes • Prepare financial statements, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and management reports • Maintain payment records with counterparties and support invoicing processes • Support audits, tax inspections, and other finance-related reviews • Communicate with banks, tax authorities, auditors, and external partners • Provide practical support on payroll, tax, labour-related, and accounting questions • Support budgeting and ad-hoc financial reporting • Help improve accounting, reporting, payment, and finance administration processes
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, senior finance, or a similar hands-on finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting, payroll, tax, and financial reporting
- Experience preparing financial statements, tax declarations, and payroll-related reports
- Good understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, and management reporting
- Experience with accounting software and bookkeeping systems
- Solid knowledge of relevant tax, accounting, reporting, and labour regulations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage deadlines
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Good English skills, both written and spoken
