Planner 5D

• Develop and maintain Kotlin/JVM-based backend tools, console applications, utilities, and automation pipelines; • Develop and support Python-based Blender rendering pipelines, including scene processing, automation and production rendering workflows; • Work on platform components for preparing catalogs, launching processing pipelines, converting 3D models, and supporting internal production workflows; • Build and maintain tooling related to 3D content processing, geometry, scene preparation, wall generation, model conversion, and other math-heavy tasks; • Research and evaluate current and upcoming technologies related to 3D, rendering, media formats, data processing, and production automation; • Write maintainable, high-performance, and high-quality code using best practices, SOLID principles, automated tests, code reviews, and clean architecture.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable services that support the AI lifecycle, working closely with the research team to translate cutting-edge ideas into production-ready solutions • Develop tools for pre/post-processing data for AI and other usage • Develop tools for collecting and processing data • Design scalable pipelines for data collection, processing, and transformation powering next-generation AI systems • Bring new models and features to production at scale with Triton Inference Server, ONNX, and TensorRT • Work across the spectrum from rapid MVPs and experimental prototypes to robust, long-term production-grade solutions • Work closely with ChatGPT API, LangChain

• Own daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records • Process and control primary financial documentation, invoices, payments, and internal finance documents • Manage payroll accounting processes, including timesheets, payroll reports, tax and social declarations • Prepare and submit tax declarations and statutory reports • Support month-end, interim, and annual closing processes • Prepare financial statements, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and management reports • Maintain payment records with counterparties and support invoicing processes • Support audits, tax inspections, and other finance-related reviews • Communicate with banks, tax authorities, auditors, and external partners • Provide practical support on payroll, tax, labour-related, and accounting questions • Support budgeting and ad-hoc financial reporting • Help improve accounting, reporting, payment, and finance administration processes

• Correction of plans for apartments, houses and other premises after automatic recognition by artificial intelligence; • Placement of interior items in accordance with the plan; • Monitoring the work of AI - escalation of problems to management if necessary; • Conducting research to collect statistics of plans. • **Working hours - between 21:00 - 9:00 EEST, Vilnius time** • Working shifts - 2 days on, 2 days off rotation

• Manual testing of Web (frontend and backend), iOS, Android, macOS and Windows applications • Identify software issues through testing procedures (functional, Ad-hoc, regression, smoke, integration, etc.) • Report found software issues to bug tracking system and follow their life cycle • Creating test reports • Write and keep up-to-date test documentation: checklists, test cases, etc. • Constant communication and collaboration with development and product teams • Propose solutions for quality improvement

• Take ownership of Android development and build a strong understanding of the codebase and existing solutions • Choose the right technologies and approaches based on the problem and long-term product needs • Be involved in all aspects of the product development, from pixel-perfect design to analytics, payments, and user authentication • Work on interesting and complex features, from simpler tasks like building custom views and APIs to 2D/3D graphics, VR, AI, CRDT and similar • Utilize popular Android libraries and Kotlin solutions • Help the team solve technical problems, answer questions, and find practical solutions • Develop a modular codebase, conduct thorough code reviews, follow best practices and coding guidelines • Work closely with both technical and non-technical teams • Support hiring as the team grows

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality PHP applications; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features; • Write clean, modular, and reusable code; • Follow best practices - SOLID, STUPID, design patterns, writing tests, writing self-documenting or well-documented code, etc.; • Optimize application performance and scalability; • Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve performance and other issues; • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

• Conduct applied research in AI/ML to solve real-world problems related to home design, 2D/3D data, and visual understanding. • Work with raw and unstructured data (images, 3D point clouds, text, video) to identify useful signals and formulate research directions. • Generate and test hypotheses through experiments, modeling, and data analysis. • Design and implement prototypes and MVP solutions, validating ideas before production implementation. • Train, evaluate, and iterate on machine learning and deep learning models. • Contribute to the development of AI-driven features, including computer vision systems and AI agents. • Collaborate with engineers to translate research prototypes into production-ready solutions. • Provide algorithm-level support for deployed models, improving and adapting them as new data or requirements emerge.
