• 负责高价值客户的开发与维护,深入了解各家产品与解决方案,通过专业够听和定制化的解决方案,推动交易、资产及收入等关键指标的持续增长。 • 通过多渠道(线下拜访、行业会议、社群、转介绍等)挖掘并开发潜在高价值客户(包括但不限于专业交易者、家族办公室等)。 • 能够快速画像并识别高潜力目标客户,建立并维护客户线索池和跟进节奏。 • 建立并维护稳固的客户关系,定期Review,了解用户交易需求、资金规模与产品需求。 • 对所负责客户的资产规模、交易量、收益贡献等关键指标(KPI)负责,按月度/季度完成业绩目标。 • 深入理解各家主流交易平台的各产品条线(如:现货、合约、期权、Earn/理财、结构化产品等),能够为客户提供对比分析和专业建议。 • 收集客户需求与痛点,协同产品、运营等团队,为重点客户提供定制化解决方案。 • 持续跟进行业动态、竞品策略和新产品形态,快速掌握并消化新知识,形成对客户有价值的观点与建议。 • 定期输出客户/市场反馈与竞品情报,为内部策略和产品迭代提供一线视角。

Job Requirements

  • 至少2年及以上web3行业工作经验,
  • 能够快速识别与筛选目标客户,具备优秀的沟通谈判技巧与关系维护能力,有高潜力客户的客户关系管对金融市场、衍生品、风险收益等有基本认知,有银行、券商、资管等金融背景者优先。
  • 明确的KPI&结果导向,习惯用数据衡量业绩。
  • 能接受高强度工作节奏与频繁出差/拜访。
  • 自驱力强,抗压能力好,能够在不确定环境中找到路径并推动落地。
  • 能够中英文双语工作(听说读写);
  • 本科及以上学历,金融、经济、会计、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业优先。

Qualifications - 5–15 years of experience in relationship management, private banking, wealth management, and/or institutional/crypto financial services. - Demonstrated success in growing AUM and managing sophisticated private clients or family office accounts. - Strong knowledge of financial markets and investment products; digital asset familiarity required. - Proven ability to deliver high-touch, client-first service in a demanding environment. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with credibility in front of senior stakeholders. - Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and proactive in identifying solutions and opportunities. - Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Arabic) are highly valued.
