Program Manager – Data Linkage Services

Guidehouse

• Provide overall program leadership for Data Linkage Services, including planning, execution, and reporting • Manage resources and personnel to execute linkage activities and deliver contract deliverables • Serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders for linkage‑related operations • Oversee execution of secure data linkage activities using PII and/or Privacy‑Preserving Record Linkage (PPRL) methodologies • Ensure linkage documentation, quality metrics, and reproducibility standards are met • Provide weekly and monthly program performance updates, including cost, metrics, and progress reporting • Ensure compliance with applicable federal privacy, security, and data governance

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in bioinformatics, health services, economics, or related research fields
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing projects
  • Knowledge of federal procedures and standards for data security and data management
  • Technical background in technologies, network devices, hardware, and software
  • Experience with CMS data and data linkage methodologies
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust
  • Candidates with an active Public Trust or existing suitability are preferred
