What You’ll Do As a Partnerships Program Specialist, you own a pipeline of veterinary practices and you're measured on enrollments. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, you'll spend your day on the phone and in your inbox positioning Otto's free partner programs to clinic owners and decision-makers, handling objections, and walking prospects through the enrollment workflow and terms of service until they're signed up. Enrollment is only half the job — you'll also drive each practice to complete integration with our data partner, since clinics only count toward quota once they're fully integrated. This is a sales seat. You'll need to quickly build rapport with veterinarians and practice managers, tie our programs to outcomes they care about, work past the usual stalls ("send me something," "not right now," "we'll think about it"), and ask for the enrollment. Who You Are - At least 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience (SaaS preferred); able to speak to a pipeline you owned and a number you hit - Comfortable on the phone all day and unfazed by objections - Highly motivated, competitive, and self-disciplined - Confident, energetic communicator - Strong cross-functional collaborator - Experience selling into the veterinary space is a plus - Driven by a passion for winning — and constant learning as we build a better veterinary experience together Duties and responsibilities include: - Own a pipeline of veterinary clinics from first conversation through completed enrollment and integration - Make a minimum of 55 outbound calls per day plus follow-up email and messaging - Position Otto's partner programs, handle objections, and guide prospects through the enrollment workflow and T&C signing - Drive enrolled clinics through integration with our data partner — quota credit lands when integration is complete - Hit and exceed monthly enrollment goals - Keep activity and pipeline clean in Salesforce, Salesloft, and the rest of our sales stack - Partner with internal teams for a smooth handoff post-integration Salary: Base Salary: $58,000/yr, Commission: $15,000/yr (OTE: $73,000/yr) plus benefits Remote, US-based. Role Summary The Strategic Partner Operations Lead owns the operational execution and delivery of Otto’s enterprise partnerships. This role serves as the lead for partner program delivery, internal alignment, ensuring programs are on time, scale effectively, and reach their full potential. This role does not own clinic adoption velocity or sales outcomes. Instead, it removes friction so growth teams can execute successfully. Key Responsibilities Partner Execution & Delivery - Own day-to-day operational management of Otto’s strategic partners - Translate partner commitments into clear internal delivery plans - Ensure roadmap alignment and delivery against agreed timelines - Identify risks early and drive resolution Internal Alignment & Accountability - Serve as the primary interface between partners and Product/Engineering - Hold internal teams accountable to delivery commitments - Run structured internal partner operating cadences (weekly/monthly) - Escalate strategically, not reactively - Leverage data and reporting capabilities to quantify results and monitor program effectiveness Partner Relationship Management - Navigate complex, matrixed partner organizations - Drive clarity on ownership, approvals, and decisions - Maintain partner confidence through clear communication and follow-through - Prepare and lead partner execution reviews Cross-Functional Orchestration - Align cross-functional departments around partner needs - Ensure growth teams have what they need to execute (enablement, readiness, clarity) - Act as the operational backbone behind partner expansion efforts What This Role Is Not - Sales or quota-carrying role - Owner of clinic adoption velocity - Product Manager building features - Pure Account Manager or Customer Success role **This is a delivery, leverage, and accountability role. Ideal Candidate Profile - 5–10+ years in SaaS, platform, or enterprise partnerships - Proven experience operating cross-functional teams - Strong executive communication and organizational navigation skills - Calm under pressure; highly structured - Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs - Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to measure program outcomes This a remote US based work from home position. Role Description The Partnerships Program Specialist plays a vital role in supporting and executing partnership initiatives to drive growth and value for the organization. Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this role focuses on coordinating and implementing partnership programs, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals. The Partner Programs Specialist is responsible for providing accurate information about the company and its services. The specialist is required to keep accurate records of all time spent on calls, as well as customer related questions or assistance. All phone calls will be recorded. Requirements - Must be able to commit to working 40 hours a week DURING veterinary clinic business hours (8am-6pm CT) Monday - Friday. - Contractor Pay Rate: $20-26/hr based on experience. - Engage with customers/prospects via phone, email and messaging to generate sales. - Leverage various platforms and tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Chorus, Chili Piper, and more. - Make a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day along with sending emails to Veterinarians introducing to them the value of Otto. - Meet and exceed monthly goals. - Work with multiple internal teams to ensure that the customer experience is seamless.
