Job Description

Operational Excellence Delivery Partner

Equus Workforce Solutions

• Support a portfolio of contracts/projects to ensure effective service delivery • Provide governance across projects and ensure awareness of risks • Lead recovery action plans and manage contract transitions • Manage 10 Operational Excellence Managers • Track performance and governance across contracts/projects • Support implementation of new performance reporting • Deliver quality targets and make improvements • Conduct audits, assessments, and data analysis for continuous improvement • Develop and delivery training programs to address skill gaps • Lead project start-ups, expansions, and close-outs • Collaborate with operations and supporting functions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Organizational Development or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in operational training and development, process improvement
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Experience with operational training design and delivery methodologies, including adult learning principles
  • Ability to influence through innovative thinking
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and partner with Operational Excellence Delivery Partners and Directors
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
