• Provide high level test estimates and contribute to capacity planning. • Analyze complex business requirements and participate in grooming sessions and Scrum ceremonies. • Develop comprehensive test plans, scenarios, cases and test data. • Identify automation opportunities and enable teams to adopt automated testing. • Ensure test execution readiness, including cross system dependency management. • Lead or oversee test execution, tracking milestones and escalation of risks. • Manage defects across all stages and support UAT. • Maintain and improve regression test suites. • Communicate findings, risks and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • Mentor QA analysts and support QA process improvements and innovation.

• Test Planning & Execution: Decompose product requirements into comprehensive test cases, ensuring full coverage of business and technical needs. • Strategic Testing: Leverage a risk-based approach to determine the optimal balance between manual and automated testing, ensuring a strong focus on user experience, performance, and system reliability. • Debugging & Troubleshooting: Investigate issues by analyzing logs, debugging applications, and identifying root causes of failures. • Database Querying: Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and troubleshoot backend issues. • Automation & CI/CD Alignment: Make informed decisions on what, when, and how to automate, balancing efficiency with development speed. • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues efficiently. • Collaboration & Mentoring: Work within a Scrum team, sharing QA best practices and helping teammates improve testing strategies.

• Design and execute test strategies for cloud infrastructure and platform enhancements. • Validate CI/CD pipelines, provisioning workflows, and environment management processes while integrating automated tests. • Develop and maintain automated test suites across unit, integration, system, and end-to-end levels. • Validate infrastructure-as-code changes and ensure safe deployments. • Test integrations with AWS and third-party services. • Provide clear defect reporting, quality metrics, and release-readiness insights. • Contribute to scalable and repeatable QA practices for the development platform.
