• Partner with business leaders and teams to identify productivity, automation, and knowledge-management opportunities • Conduct interviews, workshops, and assessments to gather and document AI use cases • Evaluate opportunities based on business impact, feasibility, risk, and organizational readiness • Develop business cases and recommendations for prioritization and investment • Collaborate with technology leadership to maintain an enterprise AI opportunity roadmap • Serve as a subject matter expert and internal advocate for Generative AI and agentic technologies • Drive adoption of enterprise AI platforms and tools, including solutions such as Codex, Claude for Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and other approved AI technologies • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, office hours, and educational materials • Coach employees and teams on effective prompting, workflow design, and responsible AI usage • Establish best practices and reusable patterns that enable teams to gain value from AI tools quickly and safely • Configure, integrate, and support AI-powered workflows and solutions under the guidance of technology leadership • Assist with implementation of AI agents, automations, and integrations using approved enterprise platforms • Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, and data teams to ensure solutions meet technical and compliance requirements • Perform lightweight administration, configuration, testing, and operational support for AI platforms and related services • Document solution architectures, implementation approaches, and operational procedures • Promote responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies across the organization • Partner with security, legal, compliance, and technology teams to ensure appropriate governance practices are followed • Monitor emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to inform enterprise strategy • Help establish standards, metrics, and success measures for AI adoption and business value realization

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities • Design and develop UiPath workflows, bots, and automation components • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation scope • Create Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD) • Configure UiPath Orchestrator for bot scheduling, monitoring, and management • Build reusable automation components and follow best practices • Perform unit and integration testing, and support UAT activities • Troubleshoot and resolve bot failures and production issues • Monitor bot performance and drive continuous improvement • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge repositories • Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards • Support production deployments and hypercare activities

• Partner with product, exec leadership, design, sales, and marketing to build the right things, as simply as possible • Champion AI development practices and mentor the engineering org on using AI to increase sprint velocity and code quality • Build and run systems that operate robustly at scale with the highest level of security • Work with leadership to build a unified technical direction and a culture of excellence and speed • Review PRs and design the future architecture of systems, including the evolution of legacy monolithic architecture toward a modern stack

• You will be designing and managing product for a government tech platform • The work spans the full product cycle: customer research, wireframes, flows, prototypes, and final specs through to shipping • Some days you are deep in a customer interview, mapping a confusing workflow • Others, you are writing product intents and acceptance criteria, running a grooming session, or iterating directly in Claude Design or Lovable • AI tools are part of your daily workflow, not an afterthought • You will report to the Director of Product and Design and partner closely with one other hybrid designer/PM to cover the full product surface

• Working on a large VB6 legacy codebase that powers real government operations every day • Incremental modernization: using AI tools to read, document, and understand complex legacy code • Refactoring and building new components in Python and SQL alongside the existing system • Writing Python scripts, optimizing SQL queries, or diagnosing production issues in a multi-tenant environment • Using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as part of daily workflow

• Design, implement and maintain automated Dynatrace configurations across the platform. • Build and maintain integrations with Dynatrace REST APIs to support observability workflows. • Develop TypeScript-based tooling to automate SRE tasks and platform operations. • Collaborate with platform and product engineering teams to define and enforce reliability standards. • Participate in incident response and drive post-mortem processes to improve system resilience.

• Build the new SAP CPI iFlow (HTTPS inbound). • Co-design the joint XSD with the client PM. • Implement SAP Gateway routing, error handling, dead-letter strategy, and CPI-to-SAP correlation IDs. • Set up controlled SFTP / Google Cloud Storage file handoff. • Write the iFlow documentation and runbook. • Support SIT testing for Deep Insert atomicity.

• Own the Solution Architecture Document and the multi-tenant, contractor-partitioned data model. • Build the full-stack web application (SPA plus REST API backend). • Integrate Google Cloud Identity • Implement file ingestion (CSV, Excel, XML), XML generation with XSD validation, and an immutable audit trail. • Co-author a AI/ML Architecture Design Document. • Lead PR governance, sprint ceremonies, and gate review decks.

• Author the AI/ML Architecture Design Document • Recommend an accuracy threshold for the catalog mapping engine. • Build the 4-tier catalog code mapping engine for SAP catalog types. • Implement the AI anomaly detection module. • Design and implement the "Train Model" feedback loop where operator corrections retrain the model. • Wrap the model as a microservice for the main app.

• Build an OData V2 service • Build the ABAP RFC wrapper • Build the Fiori Elements / UI5 surface. • Define DDIC structures, CDS views, authorization objects. • Integrate with the SAP CPI iFlow. • Drive transports through DEV, QAS, and PRD with the client BASIS team. • Unit and integration testing, bug fixing, performance tuning.
