In this role, you will play a key part in managing and executing our digital communication strategies, including social media, website content, and digital campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging, and impactful digital content that aligns with our brand and business objectives. Key Duties & Responsibilities - Maintain the social media content calendar, coordinating assets, approvals, and publishing for organic and paid content with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and channel-appropriate voice. - Support community management and social monitoring, identifying and flagging issues or trends for the broader team. - Help manage the Vertex web estate, including publishing, and maintaining site inventory. - Edit content across channels, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to channel‑specific voice and tone. - Support paid digital media campaigns by coordinating assets, timelines, and updates with agency partners. - Coordinate reviews and gather inputs from subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure timely execution of deliverables. - Support the regulatory review process by preparing and submitting materials, tracking feedback, and implementing approved changes. - Help track and compile performance metrics, supporting basic reporting and optimization efforts. Required Education Level - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field. Required Experience - Strong experience in digital communications, social media, or a related role. - Agency experience is an asset. Required Knowledge/Skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with reliable follow through. - Hands on experience executing social media content. - Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment. - Collaborative, responsive, and open to feedback. - Familiarity with social platforms, content management system (CMS) tools, and basic analytics. - Clear written and verbal communication skills. - Experience proofreading various styles of copy and editing for grammar and voice. - Curious, proactive, and motivated to build a broad digital communications toolkit. (30%) - Daily assessment of blood bank report and reconciliation, and supply chain for mapping and charge validation.
