D&G Solutions is seeking a Graphics & Visual Communications Specialist to support Defense Logistics Agency Distribution initiatives focused on logistics modernization and warehouse utilization. This role supports senior leadership engagements by developing professional briefing materials, business graphics, infographics, and data visualizations that translate complex operational and analytical information into clear, executive-ready communications. What You Will Do - Develop executive-level PowerPoint briefings, strategic communications products, and presentation materials for DLA leadership. - Create professional business graphics, infographics, charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support operational and strategic initiatives. - Translate complex logistics, operational, and analytical information into clear visual narratives and executive-ready communications. - Edit, format, and quality check presentations and written products for clarity, consistency, and professionalism. - Collaborate with analysts, project managers, and client stakeholders to support briefings, workshops, and strategic engagements. - Support visualization efforts related to warehousing, distribution, process improvement, automation, and business operations initiatives. What We Are Looking For Required - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, graphic design, information systems, or related field. - Experience developing professional PowerPoint presentations, business graphics, and visual communication products. - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to meet critical deadlines and solve complex problems. - Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Preferred - Experience supporting federal government, consulting, logistics, or defense-related environments. - Experience with data visualization, executive communications, proposal graphics, or strategic communications. - Familiarity with SharePoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar visual communications tools.
