Implementation Consultant Remote Mexico time type Full time *** Ideal candidate should be commutable to Mexico City *** About The Role: Join a dynamic team of Professional Services individuals who help client’s gain more control over their treasury, risk & liquidity operations, and processes. The Implementation Consultant is a key contributor on the project team during design, implementation, configuration and training of the various modules and functions within the Kyriba application. You will help our clients make strategic & informed decisions that help automate processes, reduce inefficiencies & optimize opportunities which can potentially help their bottom line. While becoming proficient in the tools and systems, you will acquire deeper knowledge of treasury systems and risk management methodologies. You will have an opportunity to take on interesting and challenging assignments and work across industries and geographies. You will be involved in project work, business development and other activities including personalized trainings, to help you grow as a consultant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Obtain Kyriba Center of Excellence (COE) certification across various functional & technical modules including advanced modules - Work with your manager to develop a personalized training plan for growth to learn new skills & modules - Assist project lead on solution design workshops with customers and lead certain aspects of solution design independently - Contribute to the solution design document (Blueprint) - Cross-train across functional and connectivity modules - Configure & test solutions/workflow in the client database for various modules - Assist customer in testing phases prior to go-live and provide go-live support - Lead certain aspects of training sessions and create custom training agendas - Lead specific workshops under guidance of team lead - Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices to all client implementations - Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed based on project plans and progress is tracked in project management software - Ensure timesheets are entered accurately and on-time - Maintain a billable utilization rate of 80% Education, Experience and Skills: - 3 – 5+ years’ experience preferred in corporate treasury, treasury management system implementations, professional services or other relevant experience - Knowledge in the following functions is a plus: Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk Management - Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant work experience - Previous experience with implementing TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP or Financial Systems is a plus - Previous experience with FTP, SQL, Business Intelligence is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and enjoys coming up with innovate solutions - Critical thinking and out-of-the box solution approach - Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Our Values Guide Everything We Do - Think Big & Constantly Innovate: We have the confidence to think big, embrace change, challenge the status quo, and continuously evolve - incorporating new technologies and driving industry progress. - Put our Customers’ Outcomes First: We are passionate about delivering the highest value for our customers and supporting them with end-to-end care throughout their journey with us. - Act with Integrity: Integrity is at the heart of everything we do. At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness. For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is $744,500.00 - $1,116,800.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications. Role Description The Implementation Specialist (Configuration) is responsible for leading and supporting the configuration, implementation, validation, and customer enablement activities associated with PSC Software’s ACE® platform and related software solutions within regulated life sciences environments. Within this role you will serve as a trusted advisor throughout software implementation projects and collaborate closely with: - Project Managers - Product Managers - Technical Support - Validation teams - Software Developers - Data Migration specialists - Customer Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) Key responsibilities include: - Configure ACE® and related PSC Software solutions to align with customer business processes, compliance requirements, and project scope. - Lead or support customer workshops, requirements gathering sessions, configuration reviews, and solution demonstrations. - Translate customer requirements into scalable software configurations and workflow designs. - Configure and maintain forms, workflows, permissions, metadata, document lifecycles, training workflows, quality processes, and related system functionality. - Support implementation planning, deployment activities, go-live readiness, and Hypercare support activities. - Support Computer Software Assurance (CSA) and Computer System Validation (CSV) activities associated with regulated software implementations. - Assist with development and execution of validation documentation. - Ensure implementation activities align with applicable regulatory and data integrity expectations. - Conduct customer training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities. - Provide guidance regarding system administration, best practices, operational workflows, and regulated system usage. - Support customer adoption and long-term operational success. - Collaborate closely with Project Managers to support project timelines, deliverables, risks, and customer communications. - Work with Product Management and Software Development teams to communicate enhancement requests, product gaps, and customer feedback. - Partner with Technical Support and Customer Success teams during escalations, Hypercare activities, and post-go-live support. - Coordinate with Data Migration and Integration specialists as required for implementation activities. - Troubleshoot configuration, workflow, validation, and operational issues during implementations. - Support software testing, deployment verification, and production readiness activities. - Assist with proof-of-concept environments, internal demos, and pre-sales support activities when needed. - Maintain implementation documentation and customer records according to PSC Software procedures and quality standards. • Lead End-to-End Implementations • Own the onboarding and implementation process from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. • Manage project timelines, milestones, stakeholder communication, and execution across internal and external teams. • Coordinate and drive implementation workstreams while also handling portions of the work directly. • Configure customer environments using internal tools and workflows developed by Engineering. • Ensure implementations stay on track, within scope, and deliver a strong customer experience. • Drive Customer Adoption & Change Management • Conduct current state workflow assessments and technical scoping conversations to understand how agencies operate and where BLTN fits. • Document current state workflows and develop future state workflow maps that define how agencies will use BLTN in practice. • Guide customers through change management and adoption challenges. • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deliver onboarding sessions, training, and enablement for end users and administrators, with shared accountability for equipping agencies to use BLTN independently • Act as a trusted partner to agency leadership, operators, and IT stakeholders throughout implementation. • Build the Implementation Function • Create scalable implementation playbooks, templates, processes, and best practices. • Capture lessons learned and continuously improve how Multitude deploys customers. • Help define the systems and operational infrastructure needed to scale implementations over time. • Track implementation outcomes and identify ways to improve onboarding speed, adoption, and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful customer launches. • Translate customer needs and implementation feedback into actionable internal requests. • Identify implementation risks early and help drive resolution across teams. • Provide frontline customer insight that informs product and operational improvements.
