Implementation Consultant Remote Mexico time type Full time *** Ideal candidate should be commutable to Mexico City *** About The Role: Join a dynamic team of Professional Services individuals who help client’s gain more control over their treasury, risk & liquidity operations, and processes. The Implementation Consultant is a key contributor on the project team during design, implementation, configuration and training of the various modules and functions within the Kyriba application. You will help our clients make strategic & informed decisions that help automate processes, reduce inefficiencies & optimize opportunities which can potentially help their bottom line. While becoming proficient in the tools and systems, you will acquire deeper knowledge of treasury systems and risk management methodologies. You will have an opportunity to take on interesting and challenging assignments and work across industries and geographies. You will be involved in project work, business development and other activities including personalized trainings, to help you grow as a consultant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Obtain Kyriba Center of Excellence (COE) certification across various functional & technical modules including advanced modules - Work with your manager to develop a personalized training plan for growth to learn new skills & modules - Assist project lead on solution design workshops with customers and lead certain aspects of solution design independently - Contribute to the solution design document (Blueprint) - Cross-train across functional and connectivity modules - Configure & test solutions/workflow in the client database for various modules - Assist customer in testing phases prior to go-live and provide go-live support - Lead certain aspects of training sessions and create custom training agendas - Lead specific workshops under guidance of team lead - Apply Kyriba Implementation Methodology and Project Management best practices to all client implementations - Ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed based on project plans and progress is tracked in project management software - Ensure timesheets are entered accurately and on-time - Maintain a billable utilization rate of 80% Education, Experience and Skills: - 3 – 5+ years’ experience preferred in corporate treasury, treasury management system implementations, professional services or other relevant experience - Knowledge in the following functions is a plus: Cash Management & Forecasting, Connectivity, Payments, FX Exposure Management, Financial Transactions, General Ledger, Financial Accounting, Hedge Accounting, ERP Integrations & Risk Management - Baccalaureate or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or relevant work experience - Previous experience with implementing TMS, FinTech, SaaS, ERP or Financial Systems is a plus - Previous experience with FTP, SQL, Business Intelligence is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and enjoys coming up with innovate solutions - Critical thinking and out-of-the box solution approach - Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Our Values Guide Everything We Do - Think Big & Constantly Innovate: We have the confidence to think big, embrace change, challenge the status quo, and continuously evolve - incorporating new technologies and driving industry progress. - Put our Customers’ Outcomes First: We are passionate about delivering the highest value for our customers and supporting them with end-to-end care throughout their journey with us. - Act with Integrity: Integrity is at the heart of everything we do. At Kyriba we value pay transparency and fairness. For new hires, the annual base salary range for this role is $744,500.00 - $1,116,800.00 based on a full-time schedule. Salary can progress beyond this range through sustained performance and demonstrated success in the role. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for variable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan) and a long-term incentive. The final package will be determined by factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
