• Facilitates Epic vision development, solution design, standards guidance, project scoping, IS strategy integration and implementation of efficient, high quality technology and applications systems. • Evaluates technology, systems and application capabilities, analyzes workflow/data flow, and creates efficient and logical solutions. Plans, schedules, reviews, and performs analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of Epic and related application systems. Participates in solution testing and documents clear and concise system descriptions that meet project requirements and departmental quality standards. • Utilizes organizational project management methodology, processes, and systems to ensure effective and efficient project development and completion. Evaluates requests for programming and provides timetables for completion. • Collaborates with FMOLHS Information Services, leaders, team members and end users to develop efficient, cost-conscious technology and applications system specifications that maximize organizational performance. • Ensures security, integrity, and privacy of FMOLHS data in conjunction with FMOLHS policies and procedures. • Develops and implements data driven performance improvement methodologies. Maintains accurate records for use in evaluating organizational performance. • Strengthening a Core Banking team focused on developing and improving the FLEXCUBE platform. • Engaging in product setup activities, addressing platform-level development gaps and technical debt. • Supporting core functionality improvements, migration initiatives, and ongoing transformation programs. • This is a techno-functional role requiring strong core banking knowledge combined with hands-on FLEXCUBE experience.

• The Analyst is responsible for the accurate analysis and classification of assigned websites, products, and/or merchants. • They use open-source intelligence, proprietary tools, and industry best practices to identify potential areas of risk or non-compliance. • By identifying potentially risky, illegal, or otherwise violative activities, the Analyst contributes directly to LegitScript’s mission of making the internet and payment ecosystems safer and more transparent. • They work in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable balancing competing priorities and delivering their work within deadlines. • Analyze, assess, and/or classify merchants by using open-source intelligence, proprietary tools, and industry best practices, and leveraging contextual data • Understand and utilize the various tools and resources necessary to perform regular program tasks. • Make quick, accurate analytical decisions based on information that is, at times, ambiguous • Summarize analysis findings in clear, concise written reporting • Submit reports, adhering to your program’s reporting standards, within strict deadlines • Escalate questions to appropriate colleagues using sound judgment • Assist on other projects and tasks when assigned to do so by Manager • Assist in the maintenance of program documentation as directed by Sr. Analysts and Manager • Engage in behaviors aligned with LegitScript’s core values: Be Awesome, Be Open, Be Thoughtful, Be Invested

• Analyze end-to-end logistics operations to identify cost reduction, service improvement, and process optimization opportunities. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as transportation cost, delivery performance, and inventory turnover. • Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with organizational goals and operational requirements. • Conduct root cause analyses for delivery delays, shortages, or inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions. • Oversee and coordinate inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes. • Support the planning and scheduling of materials, supplies, and finished goods to meet demand forecasts. • Manage logistics documentation, shipping manifests, and inventory control procedures. • Ensure logistics operations comply with company policies, federal regulations, and safety standards. • Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure service level compliance. • Utilize ERP and logistics management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) to manage data and support decision-making. • Develop reports and dashboards summarizing logistics performance metrics and trends. • Support system upgrades, automation initiatives, and data integrity improvement efforts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, production, and IT to resolve logistics issues.
