• Develop backend and frontend solutions throughout the full software development lifecycle. • Build services using Java, Node.js, or TypeScript. • Develop web applications with Angular or React. • Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. • Use AI-assisted development tools as part of the engineering workflow. • Support and mentor less experienced developers.

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using **Java 21** and **Spring Boot** • Build and optimize **REST APIs** following best practices in software architecture • Work within a **microservices architecture**, ensuring modularity and maintainability • Manage builds and dependencies using **Gradle** • Write and maintain automated tests using **JUnit**, **Mockito**, and **AssertJ** • Ensure code quality through **SonarQube** analysis and code review processes • Work with **GitLab** for version control and **CI/CD** pipeline management • Containerize and deploy services using **Docker** on **AWS** • Implement logging with **Logback** / **SLF4J** and monitor systems via **Grafana** • Handle asynchronous event-driven communication using **Kafka** • Work with **PostgreSQL** as the primary database and **Redis** for caching • Apply strong security principles and best practices throughout the development lifecycle • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment

• Designing, developing, and maintaining workflows and decision models in Camunda 8. • Building backend services, job workers, and connectors that implement business logic and integrations. • Integrating workflows with APIs, messaging, and microservices to ensure seamless end-to-end processes. • Ensuring that workflows are reliable, observable, secure, and performant in our cloud and on-prem environments. • Building AI into workflows by using Camunda agents and exploring AI frameworks and services that can be connected as agents.

• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. • Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear User Stories and acceptance criteria. • Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, including functional specifications, process documentation, user manuals, and Confluence pages. • Ensure traceability between business requirements, User Stories, and delivered solutions. • Prepare business process flows, business rules, and solution design documentation. • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and knowledge transfer activities. • Identify risks, documentation gaps, and open items while proactively driving them to resolution.

• Strengthening a Core Banking team focused on developing and improving the FLEXCUBE platform. • Engaging in product setup activities, addressing platform-level development gaps and technical debt. • Supporting core functionality improvements, migration initiatives, and ongoing transformation programs. • This is a techno-functional role requiring strong core banking knowledge combined with hands-on FLEXCUBE experience.

• Design, develop and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines and ETL processes to support HR modernisation • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions • Lead migration to cloud-based infrastructure and modernise ETL tools and processes • Work with DevOps aspects of data engineering, including infrastructure setup, configuration, and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Ensure data quality and governance by implementing frameworks for accuracy, consistency, and compliance • Promote best practices in data engineering and stay up to date with emerging technologies • Mentor junior colleagues • Contribute to broader organisational digitalisation and technical innovation

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using **Java 17+ / Java 21** and **Spring Boot 3+.** • Build and integrate **RESTful APIs** for scalable and secure services. • Develop and maintain **microservices architecture** in **cloud-native** environments. • Implement event-driven solutions using **Apache Kafka** and low-latency messaging patterns. • Collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality code, **clean code principles**, and **automated testing.** • Contribute to **CI/CD pipelines** and infrastructure using **Terraform**, **ArgoCD**, and **EKS.** • Monitor and optimize applications using **AWS services** such as **API Gateway** and **CloudWatch.**
