Job Description

Head of Growth

Way2B1

Role Description At Way2B1, our mission is to help individuals and families leverage the full potential of their advisors to make better decisions that positively affect their wellbeing, day to day lives, and overall peace of mind. As clients thrive, we believe their ecosystem needs to be much more collaborative, data driven, responsive and effective. Our B2B SaaS technology is at the center of the interactions within their ecosystems and turns otherwise chaotic, unorganized life projects into enjoyable experiences. We are a fast growing organization working with Fortune 100 customers, family offices and a variety of life management professionals. Our employees value kindness, integrity and accountability. As Head of Growth, you'll drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and shape the partnerships that define our future. You'll work across teams — from Product to Marketing to Client Success — turning insights, integrations, and relationships into measurable impact. We have outstanding relationships with large, growing wealth management institutions and we need someone to lead our efforts to drive usage and adoption within them. In short, we're looking for a strategic doer — a builder who can see the big picture and roll up their sleeves to make it real. Qualifications - 8+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment. - A track record of driving growth through innovation, storytelling, and execution. - Experience leading teams and scaling processes from the ground up. - Deep understanding of solution selling, pricing strategy, and integration ecosystems. - Strong communicator and relationship-builder — equally comfortable with clients, partners, and product engineers. - Obsessed with data, details, and outcomes — you don't just sell, you measure and iterate. Requirements - Design and execute creative go-to-market strategies that support product-led growth and expand our client base. - Identify new market opportunities, build scalable playbooks, and translate strategy into results. - Keep a sharp eye on market trends, customer needs, and competitive shifts and turn those insights into action. - Build and lead a high-performing Growth team that thrives on collaboration, experimentation, and impact. - Coach and mentor team members to own their goals and think like entrepreneurs. - Foster a culture of curiosity, agility, and data-driven decision-making. - Amplify the outreach capacity of our CEO in terms of evangelizing our products, expanding within existing customers, and closing new deals. - Know our product inside and out — and know how to adapt it to meet evolving client needs. - Spot product gaps, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with Product Development to drive product-led growth. - Partner with the Product and Finance teams to shape and refine pricing strategies that balance value and scale. - Lead an integration-driven BD strategy — using technical synergies and partnerships to unlock new markets and value streams. - Cultivate relationships with key integration partners, co-develop joint solutions, and drive ecosystem growth. - Be the connector who makes things happen — inside and outside the company. - Be the metrics evangelist — bring data, facts, and client stories to every conversation. - Bring back real client data, stories, and metrics to inform decisions — and close the loop between client experience and product innovation. - Track KPIs across sales, adoption, and success to show what's working (and what's not). - Use data to tell the story of our growth — and help shape the next chapter. - With the CEO, represent the company at conferences, events, and in partner conversations. - Build our marketing machine and team to craft compelling narratives, content, and campaigns that build brand awareness and thought leadership. - Build our sales team to begin to scale and standardize our acquisition of new clients and institutional partners. - With the company, investors and customers, discover the best possible way to present what our company does and which problems we solve. - Collaborate and support the full client success journey in partnering with the Head of Customer Success from onboarding to long-term growth. - Build our Growth team in alliance with our Customer Success team partnering with our Head of Customer Success. - Build strong relationships with individual users so they feel like part of our team. - Ensure proactive, hands-on engagement that delights clients and drives retention. - Oversee and evolve client resources, documentation, and support materials (and help us centralize them into tools like Gamma). - Adopt and utilize software and other technological utilities to ensure Growth at the highest possible level. Benefits - You’ll interface directly with our CEO, executive team and product team to help scale all business efforts. - You’ll shape the growth engine of a company that's innovating fast and thinking big. - You’ll work with a product that evolves as fast as our clients do — and a team that values creativity over convention. - You’ll have the autonomy to experiment, the data to learn, and the support to scale your impact. Salary Range 175k - 250k USD per year
