Tech Lead – Tech Product Engineering

📝 Day-to-day responsibilities: • Define the software architecture for the projects under your responsibility. • Define solution architecture in collaboration with infrastructure and operations teams. • Ensure code quality and maintainability produced by the squad through code reviews. • Support developers in implementing new features. • Participate in defining the company’s reference architecture. • Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools and practices that lead to better solutions for our customers through proofs of concept. • Promote a DevSecOps culture across the organization by implementing processes and tools for automation (CI/CD pipelines, flows that leverage AI). • Establish guidelines and standards for the secure and productive use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) in the development cycle, ensuring data security and code quality.

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in a related field.
  • 🚀 Nice to have:
  • Development design patterns.
  • Strong knowledge in at least two languages from our stack: Ruby, Java, Python, JavaScript or .NET Core.
  • Solid knowledge of one of the JS frameworks: Vue.js, React or Angular.
  • Experience implementing architecture processes at companies of similar size/segment or larger.
  • Concepts of Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Design, and Service-Oriented Architecture.
  • Kubernetes, containers, virtual machines and cloud computing.
  • General infrastructure knowledge.
  • Generative artificial intelligence, prompt engineering and context management.
  • Experience integrating LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), orchestration frameworks (LangChain/LlamaIndex) and familiarity with vector databases.
