• Nurturing workflows: Design, implement, and optimize complex relationship nurture flows for both the existing customer base (retention/upsell) and the market (acquisition/lead nurturing); • Scoring management: Develop and refine Lead Scoring models (sales prioritization) and Health Scoring (customer health monitoring and churn prevention); • Unqualified leads management: Create re-engagement and recycling strategies for leads not yet ready to buy, keeping them warm in the funnel; • Multichannel control: Orchestrate communication across multiple channels (Email, WhatsApp, Push, In-app messages, Product banners), ensuring the right message, on the right channel, at the right time; • Communication calendar: Lead the planning and execution of the global communication calendar with the user base, aligning product launches, campaigns and corporate announcements; • Community management: Foster and manage the user/customer community, creating an environment for engagement, knowledge sharing and brand advocacy; • Event management: Plan and execute online events (webinars, live streams) and offline events (meetups, workshops) focused on relationship building, market education and business generation.
📝 Day-to-day responsibilities: • Define the software architecture for the projects under your responsibility. • Define solution architecture in collaboration with infrastructure and operations teams. • Ensure code quality and maintainability produced by the squad through code reviews. • Support developers in implementing new features. • Participate in defining the company’s reference architecture. • Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools and practices that lead to better solutions for our customers through proofs of concept. • Promote a DevSecOps culture across the organization by implementing processes and tools for automation (CI/CD pipelines, flows that leverage AI). • Establish guidelines and standards for the secure and productive use of AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) in the development cycle, ensuring data security and code quality.

• Map and implement a revenue attribution model across acquisition channels: organic PLG, paid media, Sales, Partnerships and intragroup LWSA; • Ensure every generated lead has source tracked, status updated and complete data throughout the entire journey; • Identify pipeline coverage gaps; • Structure a unified view of the acquisition funnel; • Define and standardize funnel stages for each channel (PLG→SLG handoff, Sales inbound, Partnerships); • Create and maintain funnel dashboards by vertical and consolidated views; • Identify leak points and propose improvement hypotheses with prioritization logic based on impact; • Act as the technical interface between the Performance Marketing team and Product/Tech; • Audit existing tagging coverage and prioritize fixes based on impact to CAC measurement and attribution; • Document the tagging model as a living operational standard; • Structure and maintain the CRM as a reliable source of record for Sales and Partnerships teams; • Support implementation of workflow automations (e.g., PLG→SLG handoff, pipeline notifications, inactivity alerts) in collaboration with stakeholders; • Produce periodic acquisition performance analyses segmented by channel, segment and time period; • Build the RevOps metrics framework for the operation: definitions, sources, frequency and owner for each metric.

• Reliability Leadership: Lead the technical planning of operations initiatives, ensuring that resilience and scalability are core requirements from solution design. • Platform Engineering (Self-Service): Act as an enabler for technology teams by creating abstractions and automations that remove obstacles in deployment and infrastructure management, enabling smooth, low-friction operations. • Go beyond day-to-day operations by identifying repetitive tasks and turning them into robust automations so the Ops team can focus on high-value work. • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Rethink legacy operational processes, introducing improvements (even small script or workflow changes) that bring predictability and safety to the production environment. • Incident Response Lead: Serve as the technical escalation point in complex crises, leading resolution efforts and, importantly, conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. • Review proposed changes and architectures, ensuring they meet the company's security, cost (FinOps), and operational excellence standards. • Mentorship and SRE Culture: Be a catalyst for SRE culture within Operations, raising the team's technical level and promoting knowledge-sharing about distributed systems.
