• Collaborate with DDs, DCs, and other Instructional Designers to produce courses that are instructionally sound, interactive at multiple levels, achieves the competencies, and meets the needs of the program. • Design authentic assessments to demonstrate achievement of the course competencies. • Design courses that meet Rasmussen’s quality standards. • Create and maintain styles, standards, and best-practices for online course design. • Conduct training and informative sessions with peers, faculty, and staff. • Create interactive multimedia elements that incorporate multiple learning styles. • Design courses and partake in large scale projects/initiatives. • Articulate design approaches and best practices in online learning to DDs and DCs. • Support and contribute to Rasmussen’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Job Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Instructional Design or a Related Field.
- At least 3 years of experience designing online courses or training.
- Experience working with SMEs and various stakeholders.
- Experience working with a diverse group of people representing multiple stages of life and experiences.

Role Description The Forensic Clinical Trainer delivers education and training to forensic nursing within MultiCare Health System using curriculum which aligns with current best-practice recommendations and state guidelines. The incumbent supports improving the quality of care received by victims of violent crimes through direct and indirect patient care, professional and public education, development of standards and protocols, interdisciplinary collaboration, and research. This position is funded by a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) Training grant.
