**Responsibilities: ** - Develop and implement strategies for capturing and generating new leads through the CRM. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts and strategies. - Utilize CRM data to segment audiences and run targeted lead generation campaigns. - Set up lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads for follow-up by the sales team. - Manage and track inbound and outbound lead generation activities, ensuring proper follow-up. - Administer and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). - Ensure the CRM is functioning efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing system support. - Customize CRM workflows, fields, dashboards, and reports to meet business needs. - Implement data governance strategies to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. - Monitor and analyze CRM data to improve processes and identify areas for enhancement. - Generate and interpret reports on lead generation performance, sales pipelines, and CRM data trends. - Provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams based on CRM data analysis. - Track KPIs related to lead generation, conversion rates, and sales growth. - Use emails or LinkedIn messages to connect with prospects, schedule follow-up actions, and work closely with our nonprofit team to explore new strategies. - Explore and utilize tools to automate lead generation processes or work collaboratively with the team to learn and implement new automation strategies, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. - Perform other responsibilities as assigned, with a focus on continuous learning and adaptation.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience creating a report using Salesforce and HubSpot
- 2+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, email prospecting or related research activities
- 2+ years of experience using Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo.io, or any related CRM and lead generation tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML coding
- Basic sales techniques to track, manage, and convert leads efficiently
- Experience building cross-channel digital marketing campaigns is required
- Professional experience to support research and organization of leads and identify high-quality prospects for the sales team
- Written and spoken proficiency in English
- Experience using Salesforce strongly preferred keeping info up to date in CRM
- Ability to problem-solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements
- Experience with or a strong desire to learn about tools and technologies that automate lead generation processes.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay motivated working remotely
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
