This is a REMOTE POSITION. While our offices and showroom are located in Fanwood, NJ, we are currently focused on finding individuals who live in the MERCER, MIDDLESEX, or MONMOUTH areas to service the growing requests for appointments we are seeing in those counties. Title: Finance/Accounting Coordinator Location: Bethel, CT Job Description: Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Finance/Accounting Coordinator to oversee core administrative, accounting, and billing functions within a growing, execution-focused operation. This role sits at the center of the business and is critical to maintaining financial accuracy, administrative and operational flow, and internal accountability. The right candidate will bring strong spreadsheet proficiency, a solid accounting foundation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision and reliability. Closet Factory will provide pre-set qualified leads to you within your self-set schedule. However, self-generated leads are a requirement as well.
