• Manage and optimize the Owner's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and priorities • Ensure time is allocated effectively and aligned with business priorities • Organize and manage the Owner's inbox, including prioritizing, flagging, and drafting responses • Arrange and manage all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries • Gather documents, materials, and information needed for meetings • Maintain and manage an active to-do list for the Owner • Assist with projects, coordination, and general operational needs

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar high-level support role
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and operate independently with minimal direction
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment
  • Tech-savvy with experience using email, calendar, and productivity tools
