Role Description Are you ready to help teams stay aligned, organized, and moving forward across complex customer engagements? We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Engagement Coordinator to support the successful execution of customer engagements across a variety of projects, upgrades, and delivery initiatives. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational consistency, supporting engagement teams, and ensuring projects remain aligned, organized, and progressing effectively. As a key support partner to Engagement Managers and project leads, you will: - Coordinate day-to-day project activities. - Maintain documentation and reporting. - Support engagement operations. - Help ensure delivery standards are consistently followed across initiatives. Success in this role is driven by strong organization, proactive communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced delivery environment. Performance Objectives – What You Will Accomplish - First 30 Days: Getting Grounded - Develop a strong understanding of Naviant’s engagement processes, delivery standards, project workflows, and coordination responsibilities across projects and delivery initiatives. - Build relationships with Engagement Managers, project leads, technical teams, operations, and other internal stakeholders. - Learn active projects, documentation standards, reporting expectations, and the project management and CRM tools used to support engagement execution and tracking. - Establish credibility through strong organization, responsiveness, communication, and attention to detail. - Within 60 Days: Taking Ownership - Begin independently supporting multiple projects, technology upgrades, and engagement initiatives across assigned teams. - Coordinate schedules, task tracking, documentation, reporting, system updates, and meeting logistics to support delivery execution. - Track progress against timelines, scope, milestones, and deliverables while proactively identifying and escalating risks or blockers. - Support engagement teams by reinforcing processes and standards, maintaining alignment, and reducing administrative burden across delivery activities. - Provide clear, timely communication and reporting to internal stakeholders and engagement leadership. - At 90 Days and Beyond: Driving Impact - Consistently support successful execution across multiple concurrent projects and engagement initiatives while maintaining strong organization, delivery consistency, and operational alignment. - Serve as a reliable coordination partner to Engagement Managers, project leads, and cross-functional teams across ongoing projects and larger programs. - Drive accountability across task tracking, reporting, documentation, scheduling, financial coordination, and engagement support activities. - Support engagement health by proactively identifying risks, escalating concerns appropriately, and helping teams maintain momentum and progress. - Contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement through process consistency, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the Engagements organization. Qualifications - Experience supporting multiple projects, upgrades, or engagement initiatives within fast-paced environments. - Skilled in coordinating schedules, documentation, task tracking, reporting, and project workflows while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail. - Able to manage multiple priorities and proactively identify risks or issues that may impact delivery. - Experience supporting engagement operations through accurate documentation, reporting, system updates, and administrative coordination. - Comfortable working within project management, CRM, and reporting tools to support delivery execution, tracking, and operational consistency. - Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills across multiple concurrent activities. - Communicates clearly, professionally, and proactively with internal stakeholders, engagement leadership, and project teams. - Skilled at facilitating meetings, capturing action items, providing status updates, and escalating concerns in a timely and organized manner. - Works effectively across Engagement Managers, project leads, technical teams, operations, and peers to support successful engagement outcomes. - Brings a proactive, coachable, and solutions-oriented mindset focused on improving processes, organization, and team effectiveness. Role Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Booking Platform Content & Operations Specialist to join our offshore team. This role is essential for supporting the quality of hotel room and rate content on the booking platform, with a focus on: - Room mapping - Content accuracy - Hotel-facing operational support The ideal candidate is proficient in reading and writing English, has prior experience in the travel industry, and is eager to develop technical skills while supporting a dynamic team. Key Responsibilities - Room Mapping & Content Quality: - Support room mapping workflows to help ensure hotel inventory is correctly structured and visible in the booking platform. - Review hotel room and rate content for accuracy, completeness, and clarity. - Identify issues such as: - Missing rates - Incorrect room assignments - Blank or incomplete rate descriptions - Promotions not reflected on the portal - Discrepancies between the portal and hotel-provided information - Help validate updates after mapping or content changes are made. - Coordinate with hotel partners and internal teams to resolve room, rate, and content-related issues. - Hotel & Internal Communication: - Compose concise and informative messages to hotel partners when room or rate content needs review or correction. - Occasionally initiate phone calls to hotels when rate availability or reservation setup issues require follow-up. - Communicate issues in clear, non-technical language while ensuring important details are captured accurately. - Work closely with internal teams to share findings, confirm next steps, and support issue resolution. - Technical Support & Investigation: - Follow detailed instructions to search logs and use queries to locate reservation logs.
