Role Description We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager who doesn’t just optimize ads, but builds a full-scale growth engine from scratch — from shaping strategy to scaling channels to multi-million-dollar budgets. This role is for someone who wants to make key marketing decisions, directly influence the product and its growth, and not just follow existing processes, but create them from the ground up. Zeely AI is a platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate viral UGC videos and ad banners, as well as launch effective ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, helping small businesses become visible and scale. We already have 1mln+ users in the US and are consistently growing more than 4x year-over-year. Today, Zeely is ranked among the Top-3 products in its category on the US market, and our team has grown to over 160 specialists. - Launch and scale advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads; - Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, focusing on key metrics such as CPA, Spend, and LTV; - Generate and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition and conversion rates, constantly exploring new growth opportunities; - Collaborate closely with creative and design teams: propose new creative ideas and provide feedback based on campaign performance. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager or in Performance Marketing; - Experience working with subscription-based products (web or mobile); - Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets in Meta Ads (from $500K/month); - Hands-on experience with the US and Tier-1 markets; - Strong understanding of key marketing metrics (CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, LTV) and ability to analyze and influence them; - Data-driven mindset: experience with hypothesis testing and analytics tools (Tableau, Amplitude, GA4). Requirements - Experience launching and optimizing Web2App funnels; - Experience working with Google Ads and other paid channels.
