We are able to hire within CT, FL, MN, NC, NJ, OH, TX. Mediate.ly is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary strategic and day to day partner for assigned client accounts. This role owns client relationships, performance conversations, and growth initiatives, while acting as a critical bridge between client needs and internal teams. The Account Manager ensures accounts are not only well managed but continuously evolving and expanding through thoughtful digital media strategy, clear communication, and proactive opportunity identification. Current account ownership includes a higher education client (Digital) and a healthcare client, with additional accounts to be assigned as the business grows. We’re looking for a Digital PR Specialist to help execute high-impact authority and visibility initiatives for our clients. This role blends digital PR, outreach, content syndication, and SEO execution. It is execution-heavy and ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow at the intersection of SEO, AI visibility, and brand authority. Please expect ~20 hours/month. This is not a traditional PR role. This is a performance-oriented authority-building role embedded within our SEO team.
