Junior Game Designer
HYPERHUG
• Prepare content specifications (battle pass, gacha, live-ops). • Assign and review 2D/3D assets. • Сonfigure features in Unity. • Work with config files, spreadsheets, and tune balance. • Maintain up-to-date design documentation. • Handle localization tasks. • Investigate bugs and coordinate with QA. • Drive features from concept to release.
Job Requirements
- Education in math, programming, engineering, or game design.
- Strong math skills with basic knowledge of probability and in-game economy.
- Basic programming skills.
- Experience with Unity (pet or study projects), ability to prototype simple mechanics.
- Confident in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Experience playing multiplayer games, especially Rust or MMORPGs.
- Understanding of core loops and game systems.
- Interest in balancing, progression, and economy.
- Structured thinking with clear written and verbal communication.
- Quick learner, responsible, and proactive.
- Russian language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
