Unsere Endo-App und Vera-App sind die ersten digitalen medizinischen Anwendungen, die speziell für Endometriose-Betroffene bzw. Betroffene von Wechseljahresbeschwerden entwickelt wurden und in Deutschland als "Digitale Gesundheitsanwendunges" (DiGAs) anerkannt sind. - Beteiligung an der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung des DiGA-Antragsverfahrens zur Aufnahme digitaler Gesundheitsanwendungen in das BfArM-DiGA-Verzeichnis - Projektleitung (Planung, Koordination und Monitoring) von wissenschaftlichen Studien - Verfassen und Prüfung von klinischen Studienberichten - Beteiligung an wissenschaftlichen Publikationen - Überprüfung und kritische Bewertung von wissenschaftlichen Texten - Kommunikation und Kontaktpflege mit Fachpersonen im Gesundheitsbereich, Halten von Fachvorträgen - Konzeption von edukativen Inhalten im Bereich der Frauengesundheit - Gelegentliche Reisetätigkeit (ca. 2-4 Mal im Jahr) Qualifications - Abgeschlossenes Medizinstudium oder Diplom-/Master-Abschluss in einem anderen gesundheitsrelevanten Bereich (z.B. • Lead execution of small-to-medium, NPI and manufacturing programs from concept through industrialization and steady-state production. • Support definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria aligned with business priorities. • Apply standard project management practices, including stage-gate reviews, to ensure consistent execution. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Customers, and external partners. • Facilitate team alignment, track action items and ensure timely follow-through on deliverables. • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans with guidance as needed. • Track progress against milestones and identify potential delays or risks to the critical path. • Monitor project costs and support variance tracking/reporting. • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate technical, operational, quality, and regulatory risks throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure adherence to applicable quality and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP).

• Serve as a functional and domain expert on ServiceChannel, with a strong understanding of facilities management, maintenance operations, and multi-site service delivery • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand facilities workflows, service models, vendor structures, and operational constraints • Translate facilities and maintenance requirements into detailed project plans aligned with scope, budget, and delivery timelines • Guide customers through configuration, training, testing, and go-live with a strong focus on real-world operational adoption • Communicate technical and functional concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including facilities and operations leaders • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams (Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Global teams) and provide delivery leadership • Deliver end-to-end client support, including configuration recommendations, platform training, and integration support • Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues related to facilities workflows, vendors, and service execution • Manage customer and internal resources to meet milestones and ensure predictable, high-quality delivery • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to advocate for facilities-driven customer needs and continuously improve the client experience • Mentor junior project managers on implementation methodology, facilities best practices, and customer engagement

• Support multiple concurrent customer implementation projects • Track and maintain project plans, timelines, and key milestones • Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and track action items and owners • Communicate project status, updates, and next steps to customers and internal teams • Assist with onboarding activities including access setup and scheduling for clients • Support documentation of project processes, workflows, and deliverables • Track project risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate as needed • Coordinate with technical and non-technical teams to support issue resolution • Maintain accurate project records in internal systems • Support continuous improvement efforts through documentation and feedback
