• Serve as a strategic consultant for employee-facing benefits communications, from initial concept through execution • Partner with C&E colleagues, EPIC account teams, and clients to develop communication strategies, content, and campaign plans • Create clear, compelling, and engaging communications across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-person formats • Translate complex benefits information into easy-to-understand messaging that drives employee action and engagement • Ensure all content meets high editorial standards and is optimized for both audience and delivery channel • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, establishing priorities and workflows to ensure timely, accurate delivery • Collaborate with and oversee third-party vendors supporting print, digital, and online communication initiatives • Play a key role in building, maintaining, and managing content libraries and communication assets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–8 years of experience in communications, with a strong preference for employee benefits or healthcare industry experience
- Experience working in a client-facing or consultative environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Role Description Our client is seeking a highly organized, professional, and patient-focused Virtual Assistant – Front Desk Receptionist & Patient Communication Coordinator to support a growing concierge wellness and aesthetic practice specializing in personalized healthcare, hormone optimization, integrative wellness, and aesthetic treatments.
