• Live out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work • Manage daily cash flow to optimize liquidity, maximize short-term investment returns, and serve as the primary liaison with external banking partners • Review reconciliations of corporate bank accounts - ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls • Prepare and review corporate-level monthly financial statements and lead the accounting team in producing consolidated corporate reports • Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and support strategic and operational decision-making • Serve as the technical accounting expert on GAAP standards, advising management on the financial implications of business decisions and investment strategies • Act as the primary accounting contact for international operations, overseeing reporting, consolidation, and compliance with local regulations and corporate policies • Provide short-term and long-term liquidity forecasts to support financial planning and contribute to treasury policy recommendations • Identify financial risks through proactive analysis and develop mitigation strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance, required
- CPA or CMA certification, required
- 5+ years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including corporate-level financial analysis
- Expert-level knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, with emphasis on Excel for financial modeling and analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior stakeholders
- Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church
