• Lead the Customer Onboarding Transformation Project, ensuring pace, quality and adherence to defined milestones • Act as the liaison between internal teams and external consultants • Define, structure and monitor delivery KPIs • Organize and prioritize complex activities • Prepare and deliver executive presentations for leadership and the board • Ensure high levels of organization, governance and follow-up
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Specialist/Senior in Customer Onboarding, Customer Experience, Operations, Project Management or related areas
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex, structural projects
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and directors
- Experience designing operational and strategic KPIs
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Dynamics)
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (advanced Excel, Power BI)
- Proficiency with communication and productivity tools (Microsoft Office)

Role Description - Provide leadership, guidance, and support to onboarding and offboarding coordinators and team members. - Collaborate with HR Talent Acquisition leadership to improve and streamline onboarding and offboarding processes. - Oversee daily department operations, ensure timely completion of documentation and tasks, and coordinate with managers across departments regarding new team members. - Partner with HR on best practices, global initiatives, volunteer offboarding, and performance feedback while attending monthly team meetings and completing additional duties as assigned. - Attend team meeting on the second Tuesday of each month at 12:30pm EST.
