Aligner Onboarding Specialist

Henry Schein

• Working primarily on visiting Private Dental Offices (dentists, hygienists and therapists), corporate Bodies and some hospital/clinic visits • Allocate stock to customers • Attend educational courses to support our KOL network • Working as part of the wider Henry Schein UK team, you will be working closely with team members to grow the Optident focus lines • Detailed presentation of dental materials such as composite material, white fillings, dental adhesives, impression materials) to equipment (such as hygiene equipment for prevention and scale/polish etc) • Manage and grow the local area and build relationships with KOLs and develop new KOLs/local champions • Attend local & National dental events

Job Requirements

  • GCSE’s and above or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer facing sales role
  • Knowledge of the dental industry (not mandatory but preferred)
  • Effective communicating

The AR Specialist reports to the Manager, RCM Services and is responsible for managing the timely collection of outstanding patient and insurance balances, ensuring accurate claim submission, payment posting, and resolution of denials. This role supports the revenue cycle team by reducing days in accounts receivable and maximizing reimbursement while maintaining compliance with payer regulations and organizational standards. - Review and analyze aging reports to prioritize collection activities. - Follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims with payers and patients. - Research, resolve, and appeal denied or delayed claims in accordance with payer guidelines. - Post payments and adjustments accurately to patient accounts. - Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances, payment plans, and billing inquiries. - Coordinate with internal teams (billing, coding, clinical staff) to resolve claim issues. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all applicable federal, state, and payer regulations. - Maintain accurate documentation of collection efforts and account status. - Prepare reports on AR performance and collection trends for management review.
